What I Believe
(3 minute read)
To make our city a better place for all, we should have three main priorities:
A better infrastructure system
More support to local businesses
Affordable housing
How do we get there?
Stronger Infrastructure:
Fixing and maintaining roads
Updating storm water systems
Improving the public transportation system
By improving Greeley’s infrastructure in these three areas, it will make our city more accessible, convenient, and safe.
Support for Locally Owned Stores in Greeley:
Offer support for local owners of all kinds of goods and services to benefit our local economy
Provide greater access to goods and services, particularly in East Greeley, by shortening travel time and encouraging local spending
Incentivize convenience stores to extend hours, ensuring access to food and essentials on evenings and weekends
Allowing our local economy to flourish ensures controlled growth and prosperity for all.
Affordable Housing:
Make the permit process more efficient
Encourage more starter homes and town houses
Offer incentives to keep rent low
Together, we can create a safer, more accessible, and lively city for everyone. By focusing on a stronger infrastructure system, supporting local businesses, and make housing affordable we can create a city that better serves all of its residents.
Let's get started and build a brighter future—step by step!
